This letter is in response to your letter dated August 12, 2011, regarding the Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s (IEUA) Amendment to Ordinance No. 87 which prohibits the future residential installation, replacement and enlargement of self-regenerating ion-exchange water softeners with IEUA’s service area.
