The Inland Empire Utilities Agency has partnered with its various customer agencies in promoting water education for grades K-12. Education programs offered to K-12 students within IEUA’s service area are significant tools toward investing in our future. These programs include: Water Discovery field trips to the Chino Creek Wetlands and Educational Park; “Water is Life” poster contest; National Theatre for Children; classroom presentations, and more. These education programs focus on teaching water use efficiency methods, origination and sustainability of water resources, and water-saving techniques.

Additionally, IEUA is a proud participant of Metropolitan Water District of Southern California’s (MWD) Water Engineering 4 Good (WE4G) program. This is an online STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) competition for middle and high school students within the MWD service area.
