Paul Hofer

Division 2 – Large portion of city of Ontario, portion of city of Fontana, and large portion of unincorporated territories in the city of Fontana’s sphere of influence.

Water Industry Affiliations:
Director Hofer serves as Vice President of the Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority. Director Hofer serves as alternate representative for the Agricultural Pool of the Chino Basin Watermaster Board of Directors. Director Hofer previously served as representative for the Agricultural Pool from January 1998 to January 2022. 

Professional and Community Activities:
Director Hofer has been a resident of Ontario since 1947 and is a farmer who resides and works at the Hofer Ranch, the family homestead since 1882.
