*Inland Empire Utilities Agency (Agency) has retained an independent registered municipal advisor. With respect to all obligations of the Agency, including but not limited to water and sewer revenue obligations, the Agency is represented by, and will rely on the advice of, Public Financial Management, Inc., the Agency’s independent registered municipal advisor, in connection with any advice or recommendations that underwriters or dealers may provide relating to the issuance of municipal securities and/or municipal financial products. Proposals may be addressed to kday@ieua.org. For the proposal to be considered by the Agency, it will be shared with our municipal advisor. Please note, that aside from regulatory mandated correspondence between an underwriter and municipal advisor, the underwriter should not speak directly with or send documents directory to the municipal advisor unless specifically directed by the Agency.
